Your First Visit to MI Body Contours

1. Complete Your Paperwork

Before your first appointment, fill out all necessary health and consent paperwork ahead of time. If you need assistance, arrive several minutes early and we will gladly help.

2. Medical History Review

As a new patient, during your first visit we will review your medical history and any previous treatments before discussing your cosmetic goals.

3. Physical Evaluation

We will conduct a physical examination to evaluate what needs to be done to achieve your desired results. Many of our services can be customized to suit your individual needs.

4. Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on your consultation, our specialists design a customized program — selecting from our non-invasive surgical and regenerative treatment options.

Before You Arrive

Bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card (if applicable).

Prepare a list of current medications and prior cosmetic treatments.

Note any allergies or medical conditions our team should know about.

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to finalize check-in paperwork.
