Deposit refund policy: The $25 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

Appointment reminders: Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive an automatic reminder 24 hours before your scheduled time by email and text — so you never miss your visit.
